Miki has a background as a sustainability expert, consultant, startup operator, and impact investor. Her professional experience ranges from small startups and nonprofits to big multinational corporations and VCs, including Allianz, BMW Group, BCG, and UnternehmerTUM, UVC Partners, and AENU.

To bridge tech-VC investing and impact entrepreneurship, Miki developed and launched RESPOND, today the impact accelerator of the BMW Foundation. During her time as Managing Director of the startup accelerator programs at UnternehmerTUM, she also co-created the Sustainability Playbooks with the sustainability consultancy akzente and UVC Partners.

Today, in addition to managing Aurum Impact, Miki sits on the Board of the BDI Initiative Circular Economy, is a member of the advisory board of BÜFA, a medium-sized chemical company, and supports the entrepreneurship center UnternehmerTUM as a Sustainability Advisor.

Marie has been an early stage investor since 2017. Her generalist experience ranges from deep tech to B2B enterprise software, and most recently impact investing. With Fly Ventures, Marie led the seed round in fintech 9fin, which has grown into the market leader in leveraged finance data and analytics, and Fusebox Energy, a demand response based virtual power plant.

Prior to investing, Marie worked as an operator in education and food startups in the areas of software product management, people and culture, and go-to-market.

Jan is passionate about decarbonization. He has a Master's degree in Climate Change and Sustainable Finance from Mines Paris and EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Technology from Technical University of Munich. Jan gained investment experience at Extantia, UVC Partners, and Pelion Green Future.

Mats is deeply committed to advancing the green transition and promoting equality. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from University of Oxford.

Mats started his career as consultant at Kearney, where he worked in the chemicals and sustainability practice. He gained valuable experience in the climate technology sector as Chief of Staff at solar energy startup zolar and as a Cleantech Analyst at the German thinktank Future Cleantech Architects.

Zoé is deeply committed to applying her knowledge and resources towards meaningful and purpose-driven projects. She is majoring in Financial Engineering with a focus on Energy, Transport and Environment at ISAE-Supaero Engineering School in Toulouse, France, from which she will shortly graduate. Previously, Zoé gained insights in finance and start-up environments while working as an R&D consultant.

Kelley is an interdisciplinary thinker excited about connecting the dots between technology, policy, and society to bring about change. As such, she spent years facilitating strategy and change processes at international organizations – on topics such as sustainable finance, climate justice, and intersectionality. These experiences as social impact consultant at Syspons got her hooked on both the people work involved in driving change and the analytical tools needed to make impact measurable. Before that, she gained experience at early-stage VC APX (now HEARTFELT_) and at climate finance think tank 2° Investing Initiative.

Kelley holds an M.Sc. in Management Science & Engineering (concentration in Energy and Environmental Policy) and a B.A. in Literature & Culture from Stanford University. She gains inspiration for her work by spending time in nature - taking solo journeys across mountain ranges, climbing on big rocks, or simply watching waves break in the sea.

Sandra completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Science at the University of Vienna as well as a course on Social Media Management at the Academy for Photography and Design. She has more than 10 years of professional experience at various organizations in sales management, administration, marketing, and social media.

Philipp completed his Bachelor's degree with focus on Accounting, Finance and Controlling at HSBI Bielefeld. He looks back on 3 years of experience in various roles in Corporate Finance & Controlling.

Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Banking, from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and a Master's degree in International Management. She worked several years in banking before joining GOLDBECK, immersing herself in various corporate finance areas. Since 2020, she has been a part of the Goldbeck Family Office and supported the development of the private equity portfolio with her extensive experience in underwriting and managing Venture-, Growth-, Buyout-, and Secondaries Funds as well as startup investments with a focus on construction tech and now also impact.
